At Driskell On Demand, we believe in doing business the right way—with honesty, respect, and a personal touch. As a family-owned business based in Belding, MI, our goal is to make dumpster trailer rentals simple and stress-free for our local community. This service agreement outlines what you can expect from us and what we kindly ask of you.
Our Commitment to You
- One-Day Rentals: If more time is needed, we’ll automatically convert your rental into a three-day rental—no need to stress or rush.
- Three-Day Rentals: Need a bit more time? We’ll gladly extend it to a seven-day rental to help you finish up.
- Extended Rentals: After seven days, rentals can be extended day-by-day for $25/day, up to three additional days. If you need more time than that, just reach out—communication is key, and we’re happy to work with you.
What We Ask from You (Customer Responsibilities)
- Clear Access: Please ensure the area where you’d like the dumpster trailer placed is clear and accessible at both drop-off and pickup.
- Driveway Inspection: At the time of drop-off, take a quick look to ensure there’s no prior damage to the trailer. Let us know immediately if you notice anything unusual.
- Careful Use: While we take great pride in keeping our trailers in top condition, we ask that you handle them with care. Any damage that occurs during your rental may result in a repair charge.
- Keep It Safe: Please avoid placing the trailer in areas that could be unsafe, soft, or damage-prone (lawns, steep inclines, etc.). Driskell On Demand is not liable for surface or property damage caused by the trailer placement at your request.
Dry Run Policy
If our team arrives and is unable to drop off or pick up the trailer due to obstacles, blocked access, or an unprepared site, a $150 dry run fee may apply. We’ll always give you a heads-up and wait as long as reasonably possible before rescheduling.
Payment Terms
- Payment is required at the time of pick up.
- We charge you once the service is complete (including final pickup and trailer inspection).
- Your rental is not considered complete until we’ve verified there is no misuse or damage to the trailer.
What Not to Put in the Dumpster Trailer
- Liquids or chemicals
- Paints, oils, fuels
- Asbestos, batteries, medical waste, flammable or explosive items
- Any hazardous or restricted waste as defined by Michigan law (see NREPA Section 11514)
Privacy Promise
We respect your privacy. No mobile or personal information will be shared with third parties for promotional purposes. Any information collected is used strictly for communicating with you and fulfilling your service.
