Service Agreement

1. Services Provided

Driskell On Demand ("Company") agrees to provide dumpster trailer rental services to the customer ("Customer") subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

2. Acceptable Materials

The dumpster may be used for standard household junk, construction debris, remodeling waste, and yard waste. The following items are strictly prohibited:

• Hazardous waste, chemicals, and liquids
• Wet paint
• Tires
• Batteries
• Appliances containing Freon (unless pre-approved)
• Asbestos

3. Loading Instructions

Debris must not exceed the top edge of the dumpster. Overloaded dumpsters cannot be safely transported and will incur an additional fee or require the Customer to offload excess material before removal.

4. Weight Limits

Each rental includes a specific weight allowance. Any weight exceeding the stated allowance will be billed at an additional rate per ton.

5. Property Access and Damage

Customer warrants that any access provided for Company's equipment is sufficient to bear the weight of the equipment and vehicles. While our trailers are driveway-friendly and designed to reduce the risk of property damage compared with traditional steel-roller roll-off dumpsters, Company shall not be responsible for damage to any private pavement or accompanying subsurface of any route necessary to perform the services contracted.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon booking or delivery unless otherwise agreed upon. Additional fees (overweight, extended rental, prohibited items) will be billed to the card on file.
